Policies

All orders will be shipped out using UPS or UPSP. We also offer local delivery. Most orders are shipped same day or next business day after the order is processed depending on the size of the order and if all customer’s paperwork is current. We try to ship within a 3 day time window. Orders placed after 3pm EST are considered for the next day. Each order is assessed freight, insurance and a weight based handling fees.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We try to assure the packaging on the products we ship out to be in the best condition possible. However, sometimes they are not perfect.

Damage Claims & Lost Shipments: You must notify us by telephone of damages or lost shipments within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of your package.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

DB Distro ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase receipt. Please notify your account manager as soon as possible.

We have a strict 30-day return policy, which means that you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. If you have any questions about returns, you can always contact us.

To be qualified for a return, your thing should be in the very condition that you got it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its unique bundling. You’ll also need the purchase confirmation or receipt.

• A $10 restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your account for the returned item.
• You can get in touch with us to begin a return. In the event that your return is acknowledged, we’ll send you a return transporting mark, as well as guidelines on how and where to send your bundle. We will not accept items returned without first receiving a return request.
• Items returned without a return request will no longer be accepted.

Damages and problems.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items that are on sale, closeout, or cash-only exchanges.
• Returning the item you already own and making a separate purchase for the new one once the return is accepted is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items that are on sale, closeout, or cash-only.
• An item cannot be returned if it is not in its original packaging or has been defaced (for example, with permanent marker marks or stickers that are difficult to remove cleanly).
• You cannot return an item that has been opened. The only exception to this rule is when an item is opened and discovered to be defective.

Damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds.

•  Once we have received and examined your return, we will inform you whether or not the refund was approved. You will receive a refund to your original payment method if your application is accepted. Please keep in mind that the refund may not arrive immediately from your credit card or bank.
• Packaging that has not been defaced can be returned whether it has been opened or not.
